Common Questions
Twice a year is the standard recommendation for most homes in the KW area, once in spring after the seeds and debris fall, and once in late fall after the leaves are down. Homes with lots of mature trees overhead may need an additional mid-season clean.
No. As long as we have access to the exterior of your home and a water source to flush the downspouts, we can complete the job without you being there. We'll send you a summary when we're done.
Yes. All debris is bagged and removed. We don't leave piles on your lawn or dump gutter gunk in your garden beds. Your property is left clean.
We clear downspout blockages as part of a standard gutter clean. For severe compacted blockages we may use additional tools to clear them. If a downspout is damaged or disconnected, we'll flag that for you.
It depends on the type of guard. Some guards still allow debris to accumulate on top or wash underneath. Let us know what type you have when you book and we can advise on what's possible.
Standard gutter cleaning covers the interior. If you want those black tiger stripe stains removed from the outside of your gutters, we offer gutter brightening as a separate service. Ask about it when you book.
